Rigas P. Pappas concentrates his practice in estate planning, probate and trust administration, corporate planning, and real estate.
Before joining McHenry County Law, Rigas practiced in DuPage and Cook Counties, where he advised families and high-net-worth individuals on estate planning and business succession. He later practiced in Naples, Florida, addicting clients with establishing Florida residency, preparing Florida-governed estate planning documents, and addressing homestead issues.
Rigas understands and appreciates the unique needs, sensitivities, and goals of each clients, allowing him to implement tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies that help preserve family legacies across generations, protect assets from potential creditors, and incorporate clients’ philanthropic and other non-tax objectives.
